- Rates are for two persons per room and per day and are inclusive of VAT, breakfast, free access to the hammam and WiFi internet (local taxes in addition*)
- Guarantee: deposit of 50% charged on your credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or payment by Paypal or by bank transfer upon booking
- Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to the ryad in cash (euros or dirhams) or by credit card
- Any settlement by credit card at the ryad will support an extra charge of 5% (banking fees)
- Cancellation policy (except Ryad in exclusiveness): 30 days before arrival -> deposit refunded less 50€ admin fees; between 30 days and 7 days before arrival -> 50% of total reservation; less than 7 days before arrival or no show -> 100% of total reservation
- Extra bed per child sleeping in the parents’ room: 20€ per night (free under 4 years)
- Ryad for exclusive use: payment of total reservation upon booking; cancellation policy : 60 days before arrival => deposit refunded less 50€ admin fees; between 60 and 30 days before arrival => 50% of total reservation; less than 30 days before arrival or no show => 100% of total reservation
- *Guest House Tourism taxes (not included in room rates): Tax Tourism Promotion (TPT): 11 dirhams per person and per night, City Tax (since January 2008): 15 dirhams per person and per night
